The Saturday Morning Sound Bath at the Farm offers a restorative space to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself in nature. Led by Lisa Jeanette, a classically trained vocalist and certified sound practitioner, this experience blends the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, soft vocals, and other healing instruments with the natural ambiance of the farm.
Surrounded by the warmth of summer, this is a beautiful opportunity for self-care, deep relaxation, and a mindful start to your weekend.
