    Ready to add a delightful twist to your weekend? Experience yoga like never before with our Farm Animal Yoga sessions! Connect with nature, nurture your well-being, and bond with furry friends. Stay after and puruse the fresh, local goods at the Cropsey Farm Market. Make an afternoon of it and enjoy your food at our picnic tables or bring a blanket and soak up the sunshine.

  • Farm to Table - June 18th

    Join us for an unforgettable evening on the farm with three-time Chopped Champion Chef Chris Holland (of Kantina and Kantina Kita), whose creative, farm-driven cuisine left guests amazed at last year’s farm-to-table dinner. We are thrilled to welcome him back to bring the harvest to life once again.

    Dine under the summer sky as Chef Holland presents a stunning seasonal menu inspired by the land, featuring just-harvested produce and thoughtfully crafted dishes that celebrate flavor, creativity, and connection. This four course immersive dining experience highlights the magic of food, farming, and community in a truly memorable setting.

    This event is expected to sell out quickly. Reserve your seat early and be part of a remarkable evening at the farm.

  • Fathers Day BBQ - June 21

    Celebrate Dad in style at our scenic and spirited farm setting! Join us for a mouthwatering BBQ feast catered by The Great American BBQ Co., featuring all the favorites - burgers, hot dogs, BBQ chicken, and plenty of Southern sides and fixings.

    Take in the farm views while enjoying lawn and golf games, sipping from a beer or whiskey tasting, or grabbing your favorite beverage from our selection. It’s a lively, festive day designed for family, friends, and, of course, the dads we’re celebrating!

  • Let's Make Limoncello - July 23

    Get ready for a fun, hands-on evening at the farm where guests will learn how to make homemade limoncello from start to finish. This interactive experience includes limoncello and wine tastings, thoughtfully paired with charcuterie, all enjoyed in the beautiful farm setting under the spring sky.


    Guests will also take part in a bottle-painting activity, creating a custom bottle to take home - filled with limoncello - along with the recipe to recreate it. Designed to be lively, creative, and relaxed, this 21+ event is a guest favorite and a great way to enjoy the farm in a unique way.


    Space is limited, and advance registration is recommended.

  • It’s a Paella Party! - Thursday, July 30th

    Discover paella, the feast in a pan, cooked right before your eyes at Cropsey Community Farm.


    Join us for Paella Party, a one-of-a-kind farm dining experience featuring Chef Alberto Salas of Paella Party CT, who will prepare and serve authentic paella on site. Gather around as the pan comes to life and Chef Alberto shares the history, traditions, and techniques behind this iconic Spanish dish - all while you enjoy farm-made sangria and wine.


    The evening includes a guided farm tour, empanada appetizers, a fresh salad made with greens harvested right from our fields, your choice of paella (selected in advance), and churros drizzled with dulce de leche or chocolate syrup and finished with strawberries.


    Paella Options:

    • Land & Sea Paella — organic chicken, Spanish chorizo, shrimp, mussels, saffron & bomba rice

    • Roasted Vegetarian Paella — seasonal organic vegetables, saffron & bomba rice

  • Stretch the MOZZ - August 13th

    Back by popular demand, Stretch the Mozz returns to Cropsey Community Farm for a hands-on mozzarella-making experience. Guests will learn to craft fresh mozzarella and create dishes using ingredients straight from the farm. Enjoy a three-course meal featuring mozzarella plus a pasta course, perfectly paired with a wine tasting. The evening concludes with cannoli filled with warm fresh cream, a sweet finish to a truly interactive culinary experience.


    Each participant will also take home their very own handmade mozzarella ball. Presented by Stretch the Mozz, as seen on Good Morning America, Real Housewives of NJ, Jersey Shore, Good Day New York, and more. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended for this fan-favorite event.
